Com o seu grande rival e l\u00edder do CPR, Kris Meeke (Hyundai i20 N Rallye), afastado da discuss\u00e3o da vit\u00f3ria, ao acumular 11 minutos de atraso na sequ\u00eancia dos problemas mec\u00e2nicos \u2013 princ\u00edpio de inc\u00eandio \u2013 na super-especial da v\u00e9spera, Ara\u00fajo centrou-se em manter o primeiro lugar entre os advers\u00e1rios do seu campeonato. Agora, para sair da Madeira como novo l\u00edder do CPR, tudo indica que \u201cbastar\u00e1\u201d ao heptacampe\u00e3o nacional manter o primeiro lugar nas oito classificativas (94,18 km) de s\u00e1bado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Enquanto l\u00e1 na frente, em termos absolutos, o italiano Simone Campedelli (Skoda Fabia RS Rally2) continuava a ser o mais forte, destacando-se do espanhol Diego Ruiloba (Citroen C3 Rally2), Armindo Ara\u00fajo foi consolidando a sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o na segunda passagem pelas tr\u00eas \u201cespeciais\u201d face a Fontes. Este, por seu turno, nunca teve de preocupar-se com Ricardo Teod\u00f3sio (Hyundai i20 N Rally2), j\u00e1 que o campe\u00e3o nacional em t\u00edtulo optou por um ritmo que n\u00e3o colocasse em risco um bom resultado a n\u00edvel de campeonato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">O \u201ctoque\u201d de Campedelli no final da quarta classificativa acabaria, no entanto, por ditar a sua posterior exclus\u00e3o no final da jornada, j\u00e1 que sofreu dois furos e na liga\u00e7\u00e3o para o Parque de Assist\u00eancia o Skoda Fabia RS Rally2 rodou sobre a jante, o que est\u00e1 interdito pelo regulamento. O italiano concluiu o dia com 10.7s de vantagem sobre Ruiloba, que partir\u00e1 para o \u00faltimo dia de prova 10.7s na frente de Armindo Ara\u00fajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Logo no in\u00edcio da jornada, Jo\u00e3o Barros (VW Polo GTI R5) e Pedro Meireles (Hyundai i20 N Rally2), devido a problemas mec\u00e2nicos, viram-se for\u00e7ados a desistir. Barros (4\u00ba do CPR) nem chegou a entrar na primeira classificativa do dia e Meireles (4\u00ba do CPR) ficava na segunda. Ricardo Filipe (Skoda Fabia R5), pela mesma raz\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m abandonou, a duas classificativas do final, quando ocupava a nona posi\u00e7\u00e3o do CPR nesta sua estreia no \u201cVinho da Madeira\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Embora fortemente penalizado, Kris Meeke, o atual l\u00edder do CPR, alinhou para a primeira etapa com o objetivo de melhorar o seu conhecimento das classificativas madeirenses, mas a verdade \u00e9 que logo no in\u00edcio da jornada esteve quase a\u2026 sair de estrada. E, ao contr\u00e1rio do que seria de prever, passou quase despercebido no que toca a tempos, j\u00e1 que nunca surgiu pelo menos no \u201ctop 5\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Na \u201cbatalha\u201d das 2RM (duas rodas motrizes) do CPR, Hugo Lopes (Peugeot 208 Rally4) foi, sem sombra de d\u00favida, o mais forte, ao desalojar rapidamente Gon\u00e7alo Henriques (Renault Clio Rally4) da sua t\u00e9nue lideran\u00e7a. O piloto de Viseu somou vit\u00f3rias em todos os tro\u00e7os, para terminar com um pec\u00falio de 48.5s. Estreante na Madeira, Pedro Pereira (Peugeot 208 Rally4), o vencedor do FPAK J\u00fanior Team de Ralis de 2023, estava a registar um desempenho not\u00e1vel, ao \u201capoderar-se\u201d do terceiro lugar, defendendo-se primeiro de Lu\u00eds Morais (Peugeot 208 Rally4), que acabou por sair de estrada e desistir, e depois do ucraniano Anton Korzun (Peugeot 208 Rally4). Contudo, na derradeira classificativa do dia sofreu dois furos, perdendo mais de 9 minutos, deitando por terra todo o seu esfor\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o
